Make sure you are outside or in place with good network data reception. It takes multiple convoluted attempts with no real logic you can follow. Maybe in 2017 we eventually get something that works. The whole thing is not ready for prime time and calling it beta is a stretch. Much like the rest of in control but twice as bad. You just need a lot of patience and try multiple times eventually it works. It eventually registered that my region was US as already set in inControl. Doesn't matter if you are logged in to website via phone either. When you attempt to click the dialog, it switches the screen on you so you can't do anything but repeat till it finally stops complaining. Display the message that you need a region to check for software compatibility. In addition to asking for firmware, it will ask you to set region. Integration into vehicle is horrible, but you can request songs, find places etc. It's a mess hopefully they'll update soon. The installation sequence is incredibly buggy and makes no logical sense but it eventually sort of worked for me. Plug back in it won't request anything anymore and will open in the infortainment and you can use. Allow follow instructions to disconnect and authorize on the phone itself, then after a few failed attempts it will show up in your inControl menu. Follow by going to the car and plug the phone in, it will pop up requested to authorize. Go download just drive by itself from App Store.
